This show will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Area in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space. Anyone seen using a cellphone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a bank or credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

At The Sonnentag Event Center, we have multiple types of parking spots available. We have reserved spaces for handicap parking, low emitting vehicles, and EV Charging compatible with electric vehicles.

We encourage individuals to utilize the available, FREE, shuttles for the event. These shuttles continuously run between their lots in a loop starting at 6pm. Doors to The Sonnentag Event Center do not open until 6:30pm. 

Shuttles will be waiting at 9pm to bring you back to your lot.

Our concession stands are cashless. We accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay.

We encourage you to arrive at least an hour before show time to allow yourself enough time to get through security and find your seats. The show begins promptly at 8pm.

Outside of The Sonnentag parking lot and our designated event parking, we are not responsible for other parking areas. If you choose to park elsewhere, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the property owner. Parking outside our provided areas is at your own risk.

We are currently experiencing issues with Apple relating to AXS. If you sign in using the Apple SSO option when logging into the app it will generate a "secure Apple email" account instead of actually signing you in with your real AXS account email. If that is the case you will need to sign out then manually sign in by typing out your full email and password.

It's best to sign in with your full email and password with AXS to avoid any issues.
