You may purchase individual class passes for $10 per class or take advantage of our unlimited class pass for $100.00.

Bootcamp

High-energy cardio bootcamp designed to elevate your cardiovascular conditioning while building strength and core stability. This dynamic workout incorporates metabolic conditioning drills to maximize calorie burn and improve overall fitness. Strength Circuits

Get ready to sweat with this rewarding 45-minute strength focused class. All exercises are resistance based to challenge and strengthen your body! Suitable for all levels, this class ensures a challenging and rewarding experience that pushes your limits.

Strong Nation

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.

First-Time Client? Welcome! 

We’re glad to have you as a new personal training client! You’re in great hands with our trainers who will develop an excellent personalized training program to meet your needs and goals. To do so, the first session with your trainer will be a fitness assessment that consists of various postural evaluations, movement screenings, fitness tests, and body composition measurements, as well as a discussion about the specific goals you’d like to achieve through your sessions. Your trainer will then use this information, along with the information you provided in your personal training client packet, to build your training program.

Nikolas Rasmussen

My name is Nik, and I've been a personal trainer for almost 8 years! I specialize in strength training and interval cardio, have taught a variety of different Group Ex classes, and have coordinated athletic camps for years. I love helping people reach their fitness goals and creating relationships with my clients. Every session is engaging and challenging, and I find that very rewarding. When I'm not at work, I love spending time outside! I'm typically biking, fishing, canoeing, lifting in my home gym, or participating in other adventures.
