How to Join:
- Create an account at The Store, Box Office, or Center of Health and Wellbeing desk.
- Register and pay before class begins.
- Check in at the fitness desk.
- Sign a liability waiver before your first class.
Bootcamp
High-energy cardio bootcamp designed to elevate your cardiovascular conditioning while building strength and core stability. This dynamic workout incorporates metabolic conditioning drills to maximize calorie burn and improve overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, these sessions ensure a challenging and rewarding experience that pushes your limits.
Please wear comfortable workout attire, tennis shoes, and bring a water bottle. All equipment will be provided for you.

STRONG Nation® (FREE thru May 31st)
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing.
