Group Fitness Spring Schedule

Join us Monday - Thursday and Saturday's for a wide range of classes taught by experienced instructors. 

Registration ahead of time is not required, but will guarantee you a spot in the class. 

All cycling class registrations must be done ahead of time.

We are excited to offer free classes to all UW-Eau Claire Students and Sonnentag Members. Stop by the front desk to get started today!

Non-Members

You don't need to have a membership at The Sonnentag to participate in our Group Fitness Classes. We currently offer drop-in passes for $10.00 / class or you can take advantage of our unlimited class pass for $100.00 / semester.

A high-intensity, functional fitness class blending strength, endurance, and agility training.
