This offer applies to new bookings on events taking place June through August 2026, and is based on availability. Additional services, including catering, staffing, and equipment, are priced separately. See full Terms & Conditions below.

Summer Rental Sale Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period:
This promotional offer is valid for new event bookings confirmed between March 23, 2026 and April 12, 2026.
Eligible Event Dates:
The event must take place between June 1, 2026 and August 31, 2026.
Discount Details:
The promotion provides 15% off the standard base venue rental rate at The Sonnentag.
Discount Limitations:
The 15% discount applies only to the base venue rental fee and does not apply to additional services, fees, or charges, including but not limited to:
- Catering or food and beverage services
- Audio/visual equipment or technical services
- Furniture rentals or specialty equipment
- Staffing, security, or event personnel
- Setup, teardown, or labor charges
- Cleaning or damage fees
- Ticketing, service charges, or other operational fees
All additional services and event-related costs will be billed at standard rates.
Booking Requirements:
To qualify for the promotion:
- A signed event agreement/contract must be completed during the promotion period.
- Any required deposits must be paid according to the standard booking policy.
- The event must be newly booked and cannot be applied to previously contracted or confirmed events.
Availability:
All bookings are subject to venue availability. Certain dates, times, or event types may be restricted based on existing bookings, operational considerations, or facility policies.
Non-Transferable:
This promotional offer is non-transferable and may not be applied to existing contracts, rescheduled events, or previously booked events.
No Combination with Other Offers:
This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or negotiated pricing agreements unless explicitly approved by venue management.
Modification and Cancellation:
The Sonnentag reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Standard cancellation and event policies outlined in the event agreement remain in effect. If events booked with this discount are moved outside the Eligible Event Dates, the discount will be removed, and the difference added back to the cost of the event booking.
Additional Terms:
All events must comply with The Sonnentag facility policies, event guidelines, and applicable university regulations.

Free Week Trials
New members are eligible* to try The Sonnentag's Center for Health and Wellbeing at no cost for one week, so you can check out our state-of-the-art facilities and fitness equipment for yourself!
A credit card on file is required, but you will not be charged unless you'd like to purchase a membership after your trial period expires.
